What does therapy at Peace
Look like?
At Peace we offer two situations in which we deliver therapy: The most traditional manner of therapy comes in the form of face to face, sometimes called, in person. The second is via an online session. This is called online therapy


In person
The first of these is face to face. During an in person session you will sit down at one of our two locations and receive counselling for your 50 minute session. This is the most traditional manner in which people 'go to counselling'.
In person
Both counselling rooms provide a comfortable welcoming environment.
Both locations are set up to enable you to do the work of counselling. each location offers its own individual charm but both offer that Peace welcome.




Online
Through the wonders of modern technology we are now able to offer counselling through our laptops or desktop computers. This online option allows you to find a private space in your own home in which to undertak your counselling journey A link is sent to your emil prior to the session and you click the link to join the session.
